I can’t login to WooView

The first thing to check is that you have installed the latest version of the WooView WordPress plugin and that it has been successfully activated. You can download the free plugin here.

Next make sure that the plugins compatibility check has passed, you can find this information by clicking the WooView menu item on your WordPress admin panel as show below.

Stilling having problems?

Make sure you are entering the correct “Site Address (URL)”, this should be the address of your root WordPress installation, for example. http://www.yoursite.com

Next double check your login credentials are correct and that you have “Admin” privileges setup with this account. These are the same credentials you would use to login to your WordPress installation.
